Get Thee to the Funnery brings you the
best young people's SHAKESPEARE you'll ever see (or do!)
Founder/Director Peter Gould says:

For two weeks we work our hearts, minds, bodies, and voices more than we do at any other time of the year. We teach compassion! We welcome everyone. We talk about important things, like how climate change will affect young people (A Midsummer Night's Dream). Like how do you process deep grief? (Hamlet in 2022). Like gender fluidity and bullying (Twelfth Night). Juliet & Romeo in 2024: hmm, I don't know; did we find any teen issues there? In 2025, we overflowed with issues: greed, ambition, the lust to Be A King! (Macbeth) The whole audience chimed in on "fire burn, and cauldron bubble!"
